At the time of writing this Blog, youths many under the age of 15, have come to attention for performing a spat of 'Ram Raids'. Our Government, as Government are wont to do, in response immediately throw more money at short term preventative measures...fog cannons, blockade posts, etc.
It is heartening to read of people who take a longer term view and effect solutions to issues like crime and poverty. The Books in Homes program continues in its long term aims.
